About the event

Free activities to heighten the senses: sonic postcards, vocal beats, creating masks, scented sculptures, listening games, all inspired by the Nuffield Hearing and Speech Centre's rich history. Drop in between 10.00am and 3.30pm, before or after your appointment, or if you’re in the area. Create While you Wait is aimed at children, families and the young at heart.

You can also share your experiences of the hospital if you like.

This event forms part of the Chrysalis project, an arts and oral history project honouring staff and patients of the Royal National Throat Nose & Ear Hospital, the Eastman Dental Hospital and the former Royal Ear Hospital.  Chrysalis is run by On the Record CIC and ScreenDeep on behalf of UCLH Arts & Heritage.

If you don't fancy Create While You Wait but want to know more about the varied activities of Chrysalis or share memories, get in touch.
