About the event

These classes begin with a space for checking in about any movement or wellbeing concerns that you are wishing to address. 

This will be followed by a guided movement session, where you are supported to listen and connect to your own body and inner experience and discover new ways of moving that bring more ease and flow and wellbeing. The class finishes with a space for reflection and relaxation. Each class is complete of itself and can also be taken regularly as a place for relaxation and wellbeing.
