About the event

‘Out of all the groups I’ve been to this is the one I get the most reward from, the most knowledge, the most satisfaction’

Every Wednesday from 10-4pm (come for all or part of the day!) The Point, 16 South Parade, Doncaster, DN1 2DR

Come and join us for fun, creative sessions and a chance to unwind in our friendly, colourful and welcoming arts building - The Point.

The Point is nice, friendly, calm, bright, clean and the artists are really good

If you’re experiencing mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress or feelings of loneliness then we’d love to see you.

It’s up to you how you spend your day with us.  In the mornings you could chill out in our relaxing garden room, have a cuppa in the café and meet new friends, be inspired in our free exhibition space or use our free materials and ideas sheet to create your own work.

In the afternoon from 1.30-3.30pm you can take part in an artist led workshop where no experience is needed and we’ll provide all the materials you need.

People who have taken part in creative activity with us have told us -

‘I’ve felt a lot calmer, I’ve had more patience and I’ve felt happier’

‘I’ve become a stronger person.  I’m more focused on the way I express things, my confidence has grown and I feel a lot brighter in myself, I’m making friends’

‘I’m a lot more adventurous about trying new things that I didn’t like to do or believe in myself I could do’

All sessions are free and we’ll give you a voucher for a free drink in our cafe every Wednesday.
