About the event

This workshop offers you a space for self-expression to help improve your sense of wellbeing. How? We will be working with art, and art can be used to alleviate or contain feelings and transform them over time.  This workshop is an opportunity to engage with others as well as your creativity.

Carl Jung said that art was like dreams, there to guide us with its messages. In this creative and confidential group setting, you will have an opportunity to create an image, be guided to explore your image to find its meaning and have a chance to share your experiences with the group if you desire. You may even discover its message – often described as an ‘AHA’ moment!

This workshop is on Wednesday 4th June 2014. Please arrive at 6pm for refreshments and registration ready for a 6.30pm start and finishing at 9.30pm. Your investment is £25 full payment & £20 concessions to be paid in advance - includes art materials and refreshments. Booking is necessary as spaces are limited. The venue is in Ruislip Manor, HA4 and is close to Ruislip Manor Tube station and local bus routes. The venue is suitable for disabled access and close to shops & cafes.
