About the event

"A lovely creative space. Peaceful and inspiring. Thank you!" - visitor

Modern Art Oxford’s colourful Creative Space offers visitors and their family and friends the opportunity to have their own creative experiences. Drop in on Sunday 16 June from 12-4pm to be inspired by the larger-than-life drawings and paintings of Claudette Johnson by creating your very own portraits.

Inspired by the UK-wide celebration marking the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights this month, visitors will also be able to decorate their very own human rights flag, inspired by the artist Ai Weiwei. We’ll also have our kite decorating kits available for those wanting to take home their own unique working kite.
