About the event

Every Thursday, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital present free public Lunchtime Concerts; ensuring that high quality music, dance and theatre can be experienced by all.
Join us as part of Creativity and Wellbeing week to watch professional violinist Rosemary Hinton. Rosemary started playing the violin at the age of six, studied at Chetham’s School of Music (2009-2011) and is currently studying for her BMus at the Royal Academy of Music under Tomotada Soh. With the Chetham’s Symphony Orchestra, she performed at the Bridgewater Hall, the Royal Northern College of Music and the Royal Festival Hall, as well as performing at Wigmore Hall and on BBC Radio Three with her String Quartet. At the Royal Academy, she now plays in the ‘Stella Quartet’ and will be performing with them at Wigmore Hall this summer followed by recitals in the UK, Paris, Ireland and Moscow. Outside the Academy, she is a member of the Britten Pears Orchestra.
This performance will be streamed on the hospital radio system and taken to patients’ bedsides after the main atrium concert. The performance is also delivered in partnership with the Concordia Foundation.
