About the event

If Mindfulness is is about observation without criticism and focusing in the observation of emotions and physical sensations, Mindful  Singing is about how observing and feeling how your voice feels in your body and mind.

Sessions will contain breathing exercises, sound meditation, chanting, massage with your voice vibration, and Primal Singing IntegrativeTM... leaving behind competitivity and performance-related stress,  so that you can relax, let your voice go and enjoy the process.

About the facilitator

Maria Soriano is a singer and choir leader with a holistic approach to music and the arts. With a wide range of interest in methods and approaches to voice production, she concentrates in the exploration of the creative performer.
