About the event

Are you affected by cancer? Do you like music? Well, Tenovus Cancer Care are offering you the chance to come along to one of their choir rehearsals to have a go at some singing! No musical experience is required and it is completely FREE. All are welcome – patients, staff, carers, bereaved and relatives.

We have 19 choirs for those affected by cancer across the UK, and our England choirs also form part of an exciting research project led by the Royal College of Music. We are exploring whether taking part can affect mental health, psychological wellbeing, quality of life and social support Singing has the power to unite people, improve wellbeing, and just make you happier. By taking part, you can also help us research the amazing benefits of singing.

Why not see for yourself?
