Would you like to get moving, have fun and improve your balance, posture and coordination?

Illuminate Freedom, in partnership with Better and State of Emergency, run weekly audio-described dance and gentle exercise classes for people with sight loss.

Meet and Greet Service: 10:15am – Old Street Station ticket barriers (Northern Line and National Rail)
Meet and Greet Return: Between 2:30pm – 2:45pm to Old Street Station

VI Zumba is our audio-described, Latin-inspired, exhilarating dance workout. Suitable for men and women with sight loss, all levels and abilities aged 18-95, and also for those who prefer gentle or seated exercise.

Wednesday Lunch Club - Spend time with friends and meet new people at St Luke’s Community Centre straight after our VI Zumba class. Bring a light packed lunch or purchase from the delicious lunch menu. 2-minute walk from Finsbury Leisure Centre.

Intro to Contemporary Dance is a wonderful way to gently stretch and strengthen your muscles, relieve muscle pain and tension, improve your posture and really enjoy the freedom and expression of movement. Suitable for men and women with sight loss, Fibromyalgia Syndrome, chronic pain, chronic fatigue and Older People, all levels and abilities, aged 18-95.
