Get Creative, Get Involved

Please share your highlights with us during the week using #CreativityandWellbeing

We are encouraging everyone to take 5 minutes out of their day each day during the week to do something creative that may benefit wellbeing. This could be taking part in an activity during the week or just doing something by yourself or with friends or family. Take a look at the Get Creative Festival website to get some inspiration and share what you are doing using #5minscreativity

We are working with a couple of other partners to get digital and grow the noise around Creativity and Wellbeing. First up Time to Create: a digital celebration of creativity

Is there something creative in your life that supports your wellbeing? The Arts Health ECRN and MARCH Network want to hear from you! This Creativity and Wellbeing week, we ask you to create a short video (under a minute) of something creative that supports your health and to tweet/facebook it to us using #TimeToCreate. This could be a video of you creating something - such as a drawing or a poem - or it could simply be footage of some nature that inspires you. Anything and everything is welcome! We will then bring together all of your ideas at the end of the week to celebrate.

And the brilliant 64 Million Artists will be working with us again to include Creativity and Wellbeing week as part of their weekly challenge.

Look out for more on our social media and we will reveal what you need to do to be involved!
